Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 18, 2026

TL;DR — Our Privacy Promise

We built Free VPN around a simple idea: we don't want to know who you are.

If you use Free VPN, you remain anonymous to us.

1. Who We Are

Free VPN LLC, an independent company.

2. No Account, No Registration

Free VPN does not require you to create an account. You do not need to provide:

You simply download the App and connect. That's it.

3. Our Strict No-Logs Policy

We do not log, store, monitor, inspect, record, or share any of the following:

VPN traffic passes through our servers fully encrypted. Our servers are configured so that no activity logs are ever written to disk or memory beyond the moment needed to forward a packet.

This is not a marketing claim — it is architectural. Because no logs exist, no logs can be handed over, leaked, subpoenaed, or stolen.

4. What About Payments?

If you subscribe to a paid plan, the entire payment flow is handled by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We receive only an anonymous subscription status (active / expired) from Apple — nothing that identifies you personally.

Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time from: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

5. No Third-Party Tracking

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services that would identify you or profile your behavior. We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks.

6. No Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose any user information to third parties, for any reason — including:

7. Your Privacy Rights

Even though we do not hold personal data about you, you still have rights under privacy laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California):

If you wish to confirm any of the above, email contact@freevpn.site.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.

9. Law Enforcement Requests

Because we do not log, store, or retain identifiable user activity, we have no records to produce in response to subpoenas, court orders, or governmental demands.

If we receive a valid legal request, our response will reflect the truth: we do not possess the information requested.

10. Security

The App and our infrastructure use:

If you believe the service has been compromised, contact us at contact@freevpn.site.

11. International Use

The App is available globally. Because we do not collect personal data, international data transfer concerns do not apply to user information.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will:
